Better Bolts® products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers all items except for water bottles, stickers, anti-seize formula, hats, and any other items that are not titanium bolts. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our support team’s discretion. The customer will only be responsible for shipping and import fees if purchased internationally on replacement parts. Items that have been altered will not be eligible for warranty. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner and is not transferrable, for the lifetime of the product. For warranty evaluation, please email support@betterbolts.com with your order ID, product with issue, phone number, photos of the issue, and description of the issue. For products that have been discontinued, we will keep inventory on hand for no less than 1 year. After that, the warranty claim will be resolved at the support team’s discretion. States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

For color warranty only:

Silver, Black, Gold, Copper and Rainbow Oil Slick PVD coating finishes are covered in our warranty. Bronze anodized product is not included.

Bronze color changes over time or from the interaction with lubricants or oils on your hand are not covered in our warranty. Please view here for more details.
