Shipping policy
We ship orders on all standard business days excluding major US holidays. Your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business day based on the time of the order and the time of our local pickup options.
Examples:
- An order placed on Friday will be picked up on Monday and the shipping companies estimate will begin that day.
- An order placed on Tuesday night at 9pm with next-day shipping will go out on Thursday at the latest. (We try out best to get next day purchases out right away)
- An order placed on Monday goes out on Tuesday and UPS quotes 3-4 business days. If the tracking updates to Monday, we are not responsible for the refund of this shipping purchase but we can work with UPS on refunding you directly.
