Awesome customer service and solid product
Can’t go wrong with the organized packaging making it so easy to pick and use
From initial investigation of products and options to purchasing and finally receiving my order, everything was exactly as expected. I’m very happy with the quality of my purchase.
I’m still waiting for the Fox GRIP2 / GRIP X2 suspension top cap to become available in Copper. Ironically, you even feature this color in your product images, yet it’s nowhere to be found among the available options.
It’s honestly quite frustrating to purchase an entire bolt and hardware customization kit in a color you actively promote, only to find that one essential matching component has been unavailable for over two months.
This is literally the only missing piece preventing me from completing my bike’s customization.
I would really appreciate some clarity on when the Copper version will be back in stock. Consistent availability across your product range should be a priority, especially when customers are investing in a complete matching setup.
Well, your site offers bolt sales based on components, and my particular stem was not listed. With some measuring and back-and-forth with a person on your staff, I was able to source bolts from you all to make this work.
I'm a big fan of all Better bolts..Always my go to for customization on my bikes..Also love the Freedom Coast lever design and feel..3 of my bikes now have Better bolts and Freedom Coast levers..
Shipping is always quick, products come nicely packaged. I haven't had to use customer service but the other reviews show that is top notch too.
Es fehlen die Schrauben für die linke Kurbel, die Schraube für den Computer Mount ist zu kurz🤨
Great Service and confidence to torque the bolts to OEM specifications!!! I'll be buying more again !! Chris
Call me influenced. The brake bolt kit looks great. The transmission derailleur bolt looks even better! Easy to find the right parts and they shipped quick.
I've been using Better Bolts for the past few years to personalize my first build and plan on using them to dial in my next build! Great products!
I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to share how great these guys are. I recently bought a specified titanium screw for my bike computer mount, and it turned out to be the wrong size. I got on the phone with the guys, and they helped me get the right size screw and sent me a couple extra just in case. Thank you...
