Used for attachment of the rear brake caliper on my mtb. I needed to use a spacer to obtain proper clearance. So, that meant that I needed longer bolts with cup & cone washers. I can't use steel that will instantly rust with my gallons of sweat pouring over them. Everything MUST be Ti.
